We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

2. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method or via PayPal

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or incorrect)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

We will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or
  • Offer a full refund if replacement is not possible

4. Digital Products & Activation Codes

Due to the nature of digital products, they are generally non-returnable.

However, your satisfaction is our priority:

  • Full technical support is provided for all software and activation codes
  • If an activation code does not work, we will provide a replacement or refund
  • We will assist you until the product is successfully working

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or delivered.

  • Digital products: cannot be cancelled after delivery
  • Physical products: cancellation must be requested before shipment
