1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and approved. If eligible:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products (e.g., software, activation codes)
- Opened or used items
- Items not in original condition
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
