Tech Support
Testing process:
- Launch CG70 software
- In the search box, enter “C1BT-14” to quickly find the Ford model>>C1BT-14B321-CF
- Refer to the wiring diagram to ensure proper connection between CG70 and the MK6 airbag ECU
- Additionally, connect CG70 to your computer using a USB cable
- Next, click on “Auto Repair” button to begin the process
- The fault code readout shows B1193:00-8B, indicating that the CRASH Event Storage is full and locked
- Proceed with the automatic reading of EEPROM data
- Remember to manually save the file after the reading process is complete.
- Then the tool will start clearing the crash from dump file, erasing EEPROM data, writing new EEPROM data, and clearing any errors
- The whole process has been completed successfully, and the crash has been cleared.
