VNCI PT3G Porsche Diagnostic Interface Description:

Wireless Connection Configuration Details:
Step 1: Upgrade firmware to the latest version using VNCI PT3G device manager (v2.0) and firmware version 1.0.6.3.
Step 2: Connect VNCI PT3G to PIWIS software using USB or wireless configuration.
Step 3: Configure WLAN Infrastructure and Access Point (AP) connection settings:
- WLAN Infrastructure: Enter network name/password, check the appropriate box, and update VCI.
- AP Connection: Customize wireless network name/password (default: PTG_VCI_{device number}), check the box, and update VCI.
Step 4: Pair VNCI PT3G with the PIWIS3 system of the current computer. Pairing must be performed again for any replacement computers.
Step 5: Disconnect the USB port, restart PIWIS3 software, and establish a wireless connection via WLAN Infrastructure or AP mode.
Note: AP mode requires a wireless adapter. If your computer has only one adapter, Internet access will not be possible while using AP mode. An external adapter is recommended to enable Internet connectivity.
