1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging and unused.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact us first with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products
- Software
- Activation codes
- Used or opened items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos as proof and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
